The ZJIES6028M-HI-24GT4S+ series is an unmanaged DIN-rail switch with fiber uplinks, combining 6 × 10/100Base-T copper access ports with 4 × fixed 10/100/1000Base-FX Gigabit fiber ports (SC, ST or FC connector optional, single- or dual-fiber optional) in one compact unit. It is plug-and-play with no configuration required, uses store-and-forward switching, and ships in a compact IP40 metal enclosure (45×175×143 mm) for DIN-rail or wall mounting. Powered by AC 220V (100–240V) single input or DC 24V (12–36V) / 48V (36–56V) redundant dual input with reverse-polarity and overload protection, it operates from -40 to +75°C — suited for sites that need to aggregate several near-end copper links onto a long-haul Gigabit fiber uplink.

What are the 4 x 10G SFP+ uplinks used for?
The 4 x 10GBase-X SFP+ slots carry aggregated traffic from the 24 x 10/100/1000Base-T copper access ports up to a 10-Gigabit backbone or core. This is the first model in the Zhongxin Shutong lineup with a 10-Gigabit uplink, sized for camera-heavy or data-heavy sites. Transceiver modules are ordered separately.
Does the ZJIES6028M-HI-24GT4S+ replace a separate router?
For routed uplinks, yes: it supports static routes, RIPv1/v2, OSPF, IPv6 static routing, policy routing for IPv4/IPv6, VRRPv2 gateway redundancy, and PIM-DM/PIM-SM multicast routing at Layer 3. DHCP server, relay and snooping are built in, so inter-VLAN routing and address assignment run on the switch itself.
How quickly does the ring heal if a backbone link fails?
Ring resilience combines proprietary ZJRing self-healing with recovery under 20 ms, ERPS (G.8032), STP/RSTP/MSTP spanning tree, and VRRP-based Ethernet ring protection recovering in under 200 ms. That keeps surveillance streams and industrial control traffic running through a single link failure on the loop.
What management and security options are included?
Management runs over serial CLI (RS-232 console, RJ45, 9600, 8, N, 1), Web, Telnet and SNMP v1/v2/v3, with LLDP, Syslog, RMON, SNTP and NTP. Security covers 802.1X port access control, ACLs, port and MAC filtering, IP Source Guard, ARP proxy and DHCP snooping across 64 VLAN groups (VID 1-4094).
How is it installed and what capacity does it offer?
It mounts in a standard 19-inch rack at 1U height and runs on AC 220V, with a -40 to 75 C operating range for harsh rooms. Switching uses store-and-forward with a 16K MAC table and 12 Mbit buffer; static LACP provides 2 groups of up to 4 ports, and IGMP Snooping v1/v2 handles 256 multicast groups.
