Who We Are Looking For

① Individual Engineers & InstallersCCTV installers, ELV technicians, cabling & fiber splicing, electricians, access control/alarm installers, solar installers, IT technicians — you work a fixed area, people know you, and you want a reliable source plus technical answers.
② Small Installation TeamsTeams already doing CCTV, PoE networks, NVR, access control, cabling, rack or fiber works — ready to take on bigger projects.
③ System Integrators & ContractorsYou have a company, customers and projects — but need China-side sourcing, solution design, quotation structure and technical selection support.
④ Distributors & Project Resource PartnersYou resell ICT/security products, or hold relationships with government, schools, hospitals, factories, hotels, real estate — and can bring project leads.

How We Work Together

On exclusivity, honestly: we do not grant exclusive agency on day one. Small countries: 1–3 partners. Large countries: city by city, 1–2 per city. Exclusivity is earned through delivered projects — not promised in the first chat.

A Personal Note From the Founder

I grew up in a small village in Henan, China. Nobody in my family knew technology. Nobody taught me — I learned networking by fixing things, failing, and reading manuals at night. Thirteen years later, I was leading delivery teams of 100+ datacom software commissioning engineers on carrier networks.

I watched China compress fifty years of infrastructure into twenty. So I know exactly what a technician with real skills, real tools and a reliable supply chain can become in a growing market — because I was that technician.

This partner program is business, and it is also personal. You bring the skills, the local knowledge, and the will to learn. I bring products, engineering support, and everything I've learned in 18 years. If I support 100 technicians and only one of them builds something real and remembers where it started — it will still be worth it.
